¿Leísteis Normal People?

- We should all be feminists (Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie): mostly because it's short, cheap and easy to find.
- Educated (Tara Westover): a memoir about a tough isolated childhood and the desire of a proper education.
- Little Women (Louisa May Alcott)
- City of Girls (Elizabeth Gilbert)
- A day in December (Josie Silver)
- Number of Starss (Lois Lowry)

Already read reccommendations:

- The boy on the wooden box (Leon Leyson)
- The Nightingale (Kristin Hannah): sometimes it's hard to read it, but if you enjoy reading about IIWW it is a huge GO

Uuuups, it’s not like I was on track with the books, but I bought some of them (not in the above list). Only read the “we all should be feminists”(25 pages, great for those #2 moments).

Hi there!

I think an apology is needed here  I haven't participated at all in the last few months and I've left you all here without an explanation. If you allow me, I would like to return to the EBC. During the lockdown I just read 4 books, all of them in English, though. I would have liked to read more, but I wasn't in the mood for reading. My mind simply didn't work properly but I'm happy to announce that I'm back and stronger than ever :uma:

I've been reading reviews from the above list and I'm for Educated by Tara Westover. I'm really interested in Mormons and I'm delighted that someone recommended this book! I hadn't read or heard anything about the author nor the book but now I want to read it!

By the way, yesterday night I finished The Tatooist of Auschwitz and I would give it a 5/10. It is easy to read but it's not as inspiring as other books based on IIWW.

Thanks for mentioning me @-Olimpia- :yess:

Shame on me :bag:
